Selena Italia in the ISKAD project for Turkish women.

Selena Italy has been partner of ISKAD – Osmaniye Business Women’s Association (Osmaniye city, Turkey) in a project proposal to support women’ active participation to the economic and social life of their country. The project aims at engaging more than 1000 women in Turkey in key actions supporting female entrepreneurship, education and training, study visits, networking and international cooperation.

Partnership with your association will contribute to the economic and social life of the women in Osmaniye as an entrepreneur in an effective manner and to contribute to their development after establishing a business.

The project aims to improve the social and economic life participation conditions of women who will support women’s entrepreneurship in Osmaniye and to adapt these practices to EU practices and policies.

In this way, the project will contribute to the successful implementation of EU standards by women entrepreneurs in business development and development.

The project will provide technical support for all women, including underdeveloped cities in Osmaniye, by creating their own brands and establishing and developing businesses, managing and marketing business and brands.

Activities planned in the scope of the project:

•Women with EU norms and standards related to the start up and development analysis of the differences in the current situation in Turkey,
•Stakeholder dialogue between Turkey and Italy for exchange visits and increase cooperation, study trips, arranging networking and experience sharing meetings
•Entrepreneurship, business start-up and development, brand management, success in business life, etc. for at least 1,000 women in Osmaniye province. giving technical and practical training in the subjects
•Successful business woman visits and success story meetings,
•Trainings for women entrepreneurs and candidates on how to use them to grow their business from Facebook and Instagram
•Successful women entrepreneur competition
•Closing conference to disseminate project results
