The Mediterranean Women’s Entrepreneurship Forum  (MENA countries) at its 10th edition took place in Amman, Jordan, focusing on the role of women in ITC, ie digital economy transforming the world that is  important for even small businesses.

The group coordinated by AFAEMME, the Association of Business Women’s Organizations in the Mediterranean area, was in Jordan as a guest through the JFBPW Business and Professional Women group, the ASCAME which is the Mediterranean Chamber of Commerce and in cooperation with the Chambers of Amman and Barcelona trade.

The 10th edition of the MedaWomen provided guidelines to better address important opportunities and the most pressing problems faced by women in the Mediterranean region during this period of great technological development. 

Sumaya the Princess of Jordan opened the meetings of the 10th Forum, and in her opening speech stressed the importance of the meeting, highlighting how everywhere women have shown themselves to be innovative, creative, enterprising and exemplary to individuals when they are given the chance.

More than 200 business women and young entrepreneurs came from 23 Mediterranean countries.
