Work is in full swing for REAL PROJECT – Reinforcing Entrepreneurship in Adults where SELENA ITALY APS is partner of an international consortium leading the Erasmus+ KA2. 

The project is designed to help unemployed people to integrate into the labour market by becoming entrepreneurs and creating their own work place. The main objective is improving key competences and skills of unemployed youth, with particular regard to young people’s relevance for the labour market.

The project responds to the European Strategic Framework of EU Strategy 2020, Entrepreneurship 2020 Action Plan and Erasmus+ priorities, to the objectives of higher employment rates and a more competent, skilled and resilient workforce.

The partnership consists of 10 partners from 8 countries (Turkey, Italy, Spain, Germany, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Greece and Sweden), each one of them chosen for their log-lasting experience in implementing similar actions, activities and projects within the European Union spectrum.

Selena Italy’s main role in REAL is the development of training modules for young entrepreneurs, that will be published as online modules. Selena is also involved in the preliminary analysis and in the communication and dissemination activities of the project.

During the project’s lifespan, a partner consortium meeting will be hosted by Selena Italy APS in San Gimignano, Tuscany, in October 2016.
