San Gimignano: 21st and 22nd march TALENT IN TRANSITION workshops with Pina Sabatino

The moments of transition may represent profitable opportunities for growth and renewal as long as we never lose confidence in their ‘power’ to influence reality. We should then develop our capacity of empowerment to recognize our true desires, our values ​​and start to achieve them. This is the premise of the Workshop that is organized by Selena Italy on 21 and 22 March at the Farm The Monchino of San Gimignano. An interesting weekend to live together in order to bring clarity in our professional life or find opportunities for new job. Analysis, identification and development of personal and professional skills to successfully build a work project are the basis of the course, designed for anyone who is facing a time of change and feels the need to better define the way forward.

• Plan your personal development: how to build an action plan for the areas where we want to improve, identified during the training course.

The coach will be Pina Sabatino – International Trainer, Coach, HR Consultant, who will enable the participants to explore their own resources. Every participant  will also benefit from an individual consultation on line with the coach for 1 hour, time and date have to be confirmed directly with Pina.

Pina Sabatino has acquired extensive business experience as HR manager within major multinational companies, designing and conducting numerous trainings for employees located in different countries in Europe, USA and Japan. In 2009 she started working as a freelancer with consulting firms, business schools, universities, public and private companies dealing with management development, intercultural trainings and coaching in Italy and abroad. In 2014 she created Global Talent Development with the objective of supporting people to operate effectively in international contexts through targeted training programs that develop skills in cross cultures, people management and soft skills. She taught Human Resources Management in various faculties of the universities of Abruzzo. Pina is accredited ACC Professional Coach (ICF), Past President AIF -Italian Association of Professional Trainers – Delegation Abruzzo, author of the book “Group Coaching to develop the potential of small groups in training” (F.Angeli, 2014), co-author of The Self-Esteemation Guide for Women : How to Build Confidence, (released in August 2015) and The Coaching Gurus (out in September 2015) both published by Linda Ellis Eastman Publisher (USA). The development of the talent has always been a central theme of her activities with a particular focus on young people and women who over time became numerous at her training courses and coaching sessions.
